  Use anyone else.... Awful communication, tracking number was only provided to my credit card company after opening a dispute and showed that a package was sent (by someone) to somewhere near me and returned to sender. Attempted a resolution directly with Kimberly Caroll for weeks on items we needed for an event, but she did not respond. Never received our items and tracking for the package supposedly sent (the tracking number was never provided directly to me) only proved that we never received our order. No idea how she's still in business! There are so many other great vendors out there, pick another one!
